2007 for me personally has been the year where Linux on the Desktop became a reality but before I get into this check out the videos from my new years party. It turned out to be quite a good start to the year!

This desktop is running on Ubuntu 7.10 and is using Compiz Fusion with the Avant Windows Navigator (the bottom dock) and Screelets.

The Now Playing screenlet is using a customised theme that I created myself. It can be found here: Gnome Look
